Equipment Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send you a return authorization and instructions.

Supplement Returns

Unopened, factory-sealed supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products. All of our supplements are legal, over-the-counter products — we do not sell prescription-only items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
