Shipping

We ship to addresses throughout the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Bulk and multi-unit orders may occasionally ship in multiple packages and can take slightly longer to arrive. We’ll let you know at checkout if an item requires freight shipping.

Returns — Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Returns — Supplements

Unopened, factory-sealed supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund — no return shipping cost to you.
